Candidates should expect to spend 90% of days on the production floor working alongside team members.

Salary: $60,000-$70,000 based on shift and qualifications. Wage is not negotiable past 70k.
Schedule:
1st shift Monday-Friday 6:30am-3pm (Expect to supervise normal production plus maintenance and shipping)
2nd shift Monday-Friday 3pm-11:30pm (Expect to supervise 10 to 12 people on regular production)
Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Keep production floor on task and prioritize workloads
- Manage the team, analyze productivity and efficiency, and make appropriate changes based on data
- Use company systems to analyze data.
- Analyze open order reports and plan production to ensure that customer demand is met in a timely manner
- Maintain a culture of improvement and engagement to move the business and team forward
- Supervisor or management experience in a manufacturing industry is required
- In the first 90 days, understand production process and display capability of job duties
