Express Employment is now seeking Production Supervisors to oversee operations in a Beaver Dam manufacturing plant. This company is a leading international manufacturer and distributor of tool, die and mold components for the metal working and plastics industries. Candidates should expect to spend 90% of days on the production floor working alongside team members.

Salary: $60-70K per year
- 1st shift salary: $65,000-$70,000 annually. Will supervise more employees than other shifts since Maintenance and shipping departments work first shift.
- 2nd shift salary: $60,000-$65,000. Expect to supervise 10 to 12 people on regular production.
Schedules:
- 1st shift Monday-Friday 6:30am-3pm
- 2nd shift Monday-Friday 3pm-11:30pm
- Keep production floor on task and prioritize workloads
- Manage the team, analyze productivity and efficiency, and make appropriate changes based on data
- Use company systems to analyze data.
- Analyze open order reports and plan production to ensure that customer demand is met in a timely manner
- Maintain a culture of improvement and engagement to move the business and team forward
- Supervisor or management experience in a manufacturing industry is required
- In the first 90 days, understand production process and display capability of job duties
