Express Employment is now seeking 2nd shift Production Supervisors to assist operations in a Beaver Dam manufacturing plant. This company is a leading international manufacturer and distributor of tool, die and mold components for the metal working and plastics industries. Candidates should expect to spend 90% of days on the production floor working alongside team members.
Salary : $60,000-$65,000. Expect to supervise 10 to 12 people on regular production.
Schedule : 2nd shift Monday-Friday 3pm-11 : 30pm
Responsibilities :
- Keep production floor on task and prioritize workloads
- Manage the team, analyze productivity and efficiency, and make appropriate changes based on data
- Use company systems to analyze data.
- Analyze open order reports and plan production to ensure that customer demand is met in a timely manner
- Maintain a culture of improvement and engagement to move the business and team forward
