<<<< The Parts Counter member is the first contact to greet visitors by phone and in person interested in the purchase of automotive parts. The Parts team members will assist customers and answer questions relating to customers’ parts needs. They will inform customers of price and availability in automotive parts inquiries. >>>>
This position works Monday - Friday from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Responsibilities
- Answer all incoming calls pertaining to the Parts department.
- Assist customers (walk-in and internal) to determine customer’s parts needs.
- Inform customers of part price and availability.
- Invoices and/or bill parts on Repair Orders for customers.
- Assists in parts inventory, both annual physical and cycle counts.
- Receive incoming parts deliveries and inspect for damages and discrepancies.
- Restock parts onto shelves in correct location.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. and use proper material handling equipment.
- Reports any parts inventory or invoice discrepancies to the Parts Manager.
- Follow guidelines and instructions issued by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Familiar with CDK preferred but not required.
- Experience and knowledge in automotive parts.
- Forklift experience.
- Must be punctual and maintain good attendance.
- Ability to keep detailed notes/record keeping.
