Position Summary :

The Lead Dental Assistant is an integral member of our dental team, providing essential support during various cosmetic dental procedures and acting as a clinical lead and mentor to other Dental Assistants.     • Responsibilities :

  • Assist our dentists during procedures, including dental implants and cosmetic treatments.
  • Opening and closing procedures for the clinical area
  • Act as a liaison between the doctor and the patient and assist in the gathering of information in the new patient experience
  • Coordinate a treatment plan with the doctor and present it to the patient
  • Ability to mentor dental assistants into expanded functions role
  • Provide daily, weekly, monthly and yearly dental equipment maintenance
  • Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for dental procedures.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions.
  • Maintain patient records and ensure efficient workflow in the dental office.

    • Requirements :

  • Dental Assistant Certification or relevant experience.
  • AOX implant experience preferred
  • Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and sterilization methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Surgical Dental Implant experience, a strong plus
