What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Coordinator position at Exquisite Dental Implant Center?
Are you a confident communicator who enjoys speaking with people and helping them take the next step in their healthcare journey? Our growing implant center is looking for a Patient Consultation Coordinator to join our team!
In this role, you will be responsible for calling leads, engaging in warm, friendly conversations, and scheduling consultations for patients interested in life-changing oral surgery procedures. You’ll be working directly out of our CRM system to manage leads and follow-ups. This position starts as hybrid remote, with in-office work on Tuesdays and Thursdays and remote work the rest of the week. It will eventually transition to a fully remote role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call inbound leads to schedule consultations
- Follow up with leads who haven’t booked yet
- Manage all lead activity and notes in our CRM
- Build rapport with patients and guide them through next steps
- Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure smooth handoffs
- Weekly recap meetings with OM
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent phone communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Experience using CRM software (or ability to learn quickly)
- Friendly, professional demeanor and team-oriented attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Clinical experience is a plus
