Sales and Marketing Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services, generating leads, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a passion for sales, with the ability to engage clients effectively and foster long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote products and services.
• Engage with potential customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Conduct lead generation activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing deals.
• Upsell products and services to existing customers to maximize revenue.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using software tools such as Salesforce.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service, inside sales, or retail sales.
• Strong understanding of sales techniques, including lead generation and upselling.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using software tools for sales management; experience with Salesforce is a plus.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour

• Evenings as needed
