Client Success & Consulting
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and long-term success.
- Provide expert consultation on Microsoft solutions, cloud technologies, AI, and managed services to align with client business needs.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction, leading renewals, upsells, and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
- Proactively identify customer pain points and propose technology-driven solutions.
Business Development & Sales
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Work closely with sales and pre-sales teams to create compelling proposals and pitch customized solutions to prospects.
- Drive revenue growth by securing new projects, closing deals, and ensuring a strong sales pipeline.
- Work on Microsoft-funded engagements and align clients with technology adoption programs.
Project Ownership & Delivery
- Serve as project owner when a deal is closed, ensuring clear project scope, deliverables, and execution timelines.
- Oversee project handover to the delivery team once fully resourced while maintaining client engagement and quality control.
- Act as a bridge between sales and delivery, ensuring smooth coordination between teams.
- Establish best practices for project governance and standardize customer success processes.
Process Standardization & Internal Collaboration
- Collaborate with sales, service delivery, and technical teams to streamline project workflows.
- Implement standardized tools and documentation for customer engagement and project execution.
- Work closely with the global customer service team to align best practices across regions.
