The mission of the mid developer consultant is to deliver web application solutions, work with their stakeholders to drive business value, and contribute to the Web Application Development Practice. This is a full-time / perm role.Responsibilities : Participate in the assessment of the customer environment and their requirements and document results properly.Develop technical specifications based on functional requirements.Perform tests according to a given test plan and document results.Perform basic support and debugging in test and production environments.Identify and escalate problems.Maintain and repair existing applications.Develop components of the technical solution proposal.Minimum Qualifications : Excellent communication skills (written and oral)Hands-on experience working on component-based applications in a distributed environment.5 years in Application Development using C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, and SQL2 to 4 years as a programmer using C# and / or .NET frameworkAbility to convert functional specs into technical3 years of experience working as an Agile Developer on Scrum teams using Agile methodologies, including : Solid Object-Oriented analysis and design skillsTest Driven DevelopmentDesign PatternsAgile Architecture principles and practicesDemonstrated project experience with regard to estimates, planning, and deliverablesProven ability to understand a customer's needsExperience developing technical requirements based on business imperativesPreferred Qualifications : Working experience with BootstrapUnderstanding of AngularJSExperience developing and / or integrating solutions related to Mobile optimized websites and applications, including the use of JQuery Mobile and Xamarin, is also a plusExsilio's success is grounded in the perfect balance of size and ability; we have the capacity to expertly handle many large enterprise accounts while still being able to move on a dime and change with our client's diverse needs.
