Responsibilities

As a porter, you will be responsible for:

• Cleaning common areas.
• Taking out trash and recycling.
• Inspecting furniture, décor, and other fixtures for any needed repairs or deep cleaning.
• Bringing any safety, physical appearance, or maintenance issues to a manager’s attention.
• Making sure there are adequate cleaning and repair supplies.
• Helping residents with deliveries (such as groceries, newspapers, dry cleaning, packages, etc.).
• Working the service elevator.
• Assisting with emergency response service (such as sidewalk snow removal).
  
  

Qualifications

• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Respond well to change.
• Can lift objects up to fifty (50) pounds without assistance.
  
  

Then You May Be a Great Fit For This Position! Prior Experience As a Porter In a Hotel Or Residential Environment Is a Plus. Must Be Available To Work The Following Shift

• Wednesday – Sunday, 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM
  
  

Pay & Benefits
