Title: Database Developer

Location: Austin, TX

Terms: Long Term Contract

Job Details

• Work as part of a Scrum Team.
• Complete user stories, bugs and technical debt.
• Review, update and develop PL/SQL including LRS and other Oracle Spatial operations.
• Integrate PL/SQL code into Azure DevOps code repository.
• Evaluate user requests for new data elements, new features and provide any necessary
• technical assistance.
• Perform data modeling, prototyping, and maintain data dictionary ensuring uniformity of
• definitions and standards.
• Monitor database performance and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Help resolve database-related security risks and vulnerabilities.
• Assist with required reporting as established by the client.
• Minimum Yrs of Experience, Skills, and Qualifications 8 years.
• Oracle Spatial (dynamic segmentation, LRS, SDO).
• Oracle PL/SQL.
• Version control systems (Azure DevOps, GIT).
• SQL Developer (or other like IDEs).
• Esri ArcSDE (integration with Oracle Spatial).
• Minimum Yrs of Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
  
  

Familiarity With

• Azure DevOps (project management, user stories/bugs/test cases, etc.).
• Eclipse.
• Agile methodology.
  
  

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
