As a Senior Associate of Restructuring & Private Equity you will support advisory and capital efforts to solve complex problems, driving pragmatic solutions that are focused on creating value and maximizing returns for all constituents involved.

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 3-5 years restructuring advisory, restructuring investment banking or distressed situations experience, management consulting, distressed private equity, hedge fund, or management consulting.
• Finance, Accounting, or Economics degree preferred. Masters / MBA will be an added advantage.
• Advanced level of experience in financial modeling with ability to build 13-week cash flow forecast and 3-statement financial models is critical for success.
• Advanced ability to decipher large and complex data sets as a basis for developing value added conclusions.
• Experience with all aspects of an acquisition process and performing valuation analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to communicate with all levels of client personnel.
• Highly organized, strong attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.
• Strong composure and demonstrated maturity working in rapidly changing environments.
• Ability to build and sustain strong and trusted relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work well both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
• Team player who can excel in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, challenging work environment.
• Comfortable working in an environment that both values and fosters initiative, creativity, and professionalism.
• Demonstrated interest in finance and financial markets.
• Willingness to travel.
