Extended Family Care has an IMMEDIATE NEEDS for Private Duty Nurses (LPN or RN). Some examples of patients with open shifts include:
- Adult Patient in Bethlehem Multiple Shifts available days, evenings, nights. Care provided at home with potential community outings on occasions. CP, G-Tube, Autism, Catheter Care. Hoyer Lift Experience Required.
- Pediatric Patient in Allentown day shifts Monday through Friday. Care provided in school setting and at home. Straight Cath every 2 hours.
- Adult Patient in Northampton 8 hour day shifts Monday through Friday. Care provided at home. Seizure Disorder, G-Tube, CP, transfers required. Hoyer Lift in home.
- Adult Patient in Northampton 6-8 hour middle and night shifts needed. Care provided at home and on occasion in the community. Autism. Respiratory Experience needed as patient is trach and vent dependent at night and when sleeping. Patient is Ambulatory - no transfers required.
- Adult Sibling Patients in Allentown. Each patient has their own nurse, however, nurses cover both patients at various times. 8-10 hour day and night shifts available. Respiratory Experience needed as both patients are trach, Vent dependent at night or when sleeping. Both patients are Ambulatory - no transfers required.

EXPERIENCE 1 Year Verifiable Experience, Home Care or Hospital, Adult or pediatric experience
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Current Nursing License Current CPR. Recent and relevant experience (Homecare or Hospital). Current TB, Physical and Clean background check. We can assist with obtaining all of the above as well if necessary!
