Position Overview:
As a Client Relationship Associate, you will play a key role in managing client relationships with healthcare practices across the U.S. You will serve as the main point of contact between medical practices and our billing team overseas, ensuring smooth communication and coordination to optimize billing operations and client satisfaction.
This is an in-office position located at our St. Louis, Missouri office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, updates, and concerns.
- Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare practices.
- Coordinate and collaborate effectively with our overseas billing team to resolve issues and ensure timely claim submissions.
- Monitor billing progress, identify challenges, and proactively address issues to ensure client satisfaction.
- Provide regular status updates to clients regarding their billing and claims.
- Assist in the onboarding process of new clients, ensuring smooth transitions from setup to active billing.
- Work closely with the billing team to resolve any discrepancies or issues with claims or payments.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, guidelines, and best practices.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of client communications and billing statuses.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in client relationship management, customer service, or account management (medical industry experience preferred).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of medical billing processes and terminology is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a team-oriented, collaborative mindset.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, office environment.
- Ability to adapt and manage multiple tasks effectively while meeting deadlines.
- Familiarity with CRM software, project management tools, or billing systems is a plus.
