Title: Summer Site Supervisor - ELC ESY (Internal Only) (Summer 2025)
Location: Early Learning Center (ELC)
General Duties:
The Learning Summer Site Supervisor responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Planning and collaborating with administration and staff for all aspects related to the creation and implementation of a summer learning program
- Taking part in the hiring process
- Communication/collaboration with applicable staff and stakeholders including but not limited to nursing, technology, payroll, custodial staff, etc
- Oversight of student recruitment and family outreach
- Oversight of all staff to ensure requirements are met
- Scheduling and logistics
- Supporting summer staff with planning and operations, day to day issues, and overseeing the tracking and collection of student data (participation, attendance, achievement)
- Grant requirement compliance if applicable
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will be a current teacher in the grades listed above who is passionate about leading this work.
Compensation: $6000 Stipend
Dates/Time: Summer school work and planning includes, but is not limited to, the summer school schedule which is:
Summer School will run from June 30 - July 24. Supervisors days will be 7:45AM-12:30PM
- Week 1 - Monday June 30 - Thursday July 3
- Week 2 - Monday July 7 - Thursday July 10
- Week 3 - Monday July 14 -Thursday July 17
- Week 4 - Monday July 21 - Thursday July 24
