Extended Power is a leading provider of temporary power solutions in Nevada. For the last 20 years, our customers have trusted us to power their construction sites and events, and to deliver critical services in times of emergency.

Role Description

We’re looking to hire a skilled and experienced electrician to bolster technical aspects of day-to-day operations for our growing temporary power solutions business.

You will play a critical role in designing power solutions and supporting field activities. Your contributions will touch all aspects of service design and delivery, and you will be a key voice as we look to grow into new customer segments and verticals!

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Planning:
  • Oversee the design of temporary power solutions for various construction projects.
  • Ensure that designs meet client specifications, safety requirements, and regulatory standards.
  • Use design tools to prepare, review, and/or approve detailed electrical plans.

Operational Leadership:
  • Support service delivery to ensure efficient project execution, from design to implementation.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize project delivery, resource allocation, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with the leadership team to align operational practices with the company’s long-term goals.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, negotiations, and industry events.

Field Support:
  • Troubleshoot on-site issues and provide solutions to maintain project schedules and customer timelines.
  • Provide high-level guidance to field technicians on project setup, installation, and teardown of temporary power systems.
  • Ensure compliance with design plans, safety standards, and timelines.

Qualifications
  • Licensed Electrician with 5 years of operational experience—power distribution and generator hookup background is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-10 years in electrical, construction, or power industries.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical design and project management.
