Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in guests in a courteous and efficient manner
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and guest inquiries
- Provide guests with hotel information, local recommendations, and assistance
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally
- Work collaboratively with housekeeping, maintenance, and management
- Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized
Qualifications:
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in computer systems and reservation software (training available)
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Availability for flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- A friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude
