Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, common areas, and restrooms.
- Conduct floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
- Manage housekeeping supplies and report any shortages or maintenance issues.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored.
- Follow established protocols for custodial duties to maintain health and safety standards.
- Provide exceptional hospitality by responding promptly to guest requests and needs.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations within the facility.
Experience
- Previous experience in housekeeping management or custodial roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus.
- Experience in the hospitality or hotel industry is advantageous but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
