- Process reservations over the phone, online, and in person.
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Perform night audit duties as needed.
Skills:
- Experience with phone systems and front desk operations.
- Strong guest service skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
