Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Manage laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens and clothing as needed.
- Conduct carpet cleaning and floor care to maintain the appearance and hygiene of all surfaces.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and report any maintenance issues or repairs needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences with professionalism.
- Follow safety protocols while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist in housekeeping management tasks as required, including training new staff members on cleaning procedures.
Skills
- Proficiency in custodial practices and commercial cleaning techniques.
- Experience in residential cleaning with an understanding of housekeeping management principles.
- Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients and address their needs.
