We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, answering phones, taking reservations, and providing information about the hotel and its services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
- Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries in a timely manner.
- Manage reservations and check-ins/check-outs.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Provide information about the hotel, its services, and the surrounding area.
- Handle guest complaints in a professional manner.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
