What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hotel Front Desk position at Extended Stay Hotels?
- Assist the General Manager with all aspects of Property Management at our Extended Stay Hotel. Focusing on assisting with front desk operations, customer service, guest satisfaction, and upholding the brand standards.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and warmly acknowledge all guests to company standards; anticipate and address guests service needs.
- Thank guests for their stay with genuine appreciation.
- Assist with guest check-in/ check-outs
- Process payment and activate room keys.
- Responsible for properly completing guest paperwork.
- Assist with answering and processing all guest calls, messages, requests, or questions.
- Perform guest tours of rooms.
- Coordinate with GM on marketing and social media inquiries.
- Ensure common area/ lobby is clean.
- Handle customer complaints with A customer service.
- Assist vendors while on site.
- Daily walks on property during shift, report incidents, and follow all company safety and security policies.
- Proper and timely communication with the General Manager.
- Perform administrative duties.
- Assist GM with weekly room checks if needed.

Qualifications:
- Must have 2 years of front desk hospitality/ hotel experience.
- High school diploma
- Language skills: Ability to read, write, and effectively communicate in English.
- Computer skills: Proficiency in internet, spreadsheet, word processing, and email.
- US work authorization.
- Have a US drivers license.
- Must be able to pass drug test and criminal background check.
Physical Demands:
- Frequent talking, hearing, standing, walking, sitting, and lifting up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required.
Work Environment:
- Moderate noise level. Professional attire required.
