Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing Inside Sales team members and providing support for Outside Sales team
- Provide support to customers regarding product knowledge inquiries and escalated problem resolution
- Assist with creating/modifying policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager on special projects.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- 3 years of management/leadership experience
- Previous manufacturing inside sales experience
- Quoting & Order Entry experience
- Strong leadership skills, ambitious, confident, and self-motivated
Salary Information
- Starting salary $65,000 based on experience
