Extension is seeking a Customer Success Representative for a DIRECT HIRE opportunity with one of our clients located in Milwaukee, WI.

Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business, creating a growth strategy for each
- Manage license contracts and revenue
- Run quarterly customer reviews with leadership and customer success team support, providing business solutions
- Work across departments to ensure quarterly goals are reached
- Forecast and plan organic revenue quarterly and annually
- Provide legendary customer service with the help of our sales, product support, and customer success teams
- Develop and oversee customer retention
- Learn and recognize triggers based on customer behavior and engage with customers who request to terminate or downgrade service
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- 3 years of Account Management experience.
- Experience with digital marketing platforms and ecommerce platforms, and a real passion for new technologies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Cloud, with the ability to become familiar with corporate-specific programs and software, including CRM.
Salary Information
- $70k/year DOE
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
