Extension is seeking a Director of Total Rewards for a direct hire opportunity with one of our clients located in Oconomowoc, WI.

Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive competitive total reward strategies.
- Analyze market trends and competitive practices.
- Collaborate with senior leadership.
- Oversee the design of compensation structures, including base pay, bonuses, and incentives.
- Oversee the annual salary review process.
- Collaborate with external vendors to manage health, dental, retirement, and other benefit plans.
- Manage the total rewards budget.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- 7-10 years of total rewards experience - benefits, compensation, and total rewards.
- Healthcare or hospital experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree required - open to HR, business or related field.
- Workday experience preferred.
- Leadership experience having 3 direct reports previously required.
Salary Information
- $120k - $135k/year
