The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to ensure the effective handling of employee data and HR processes. This position requires a strong understanding of HRIS functionalities, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with various departments to enhance HR operations.

Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities
- Responsible for the management, maintenance and optimization of the HRIS Platform
- Ensuring data integrity
- Generating reports
- Working collaboratively with HR, IT, and other departments
- Support HR functions such as benefits administration, payroll, and performance management
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in HR or related field
- 2 years experience in construction industry
- 3 years working within HRIS - Paylocity
- Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and data management
- Excellent written and verbal communication
Salary Information
- $75k-85k/yr - based on experience
