Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities
- Support marketing efforts through Google Ads and Indeed
- Collaborate within recruiting team to develop ideas
- Screen applicants through phone calls, emails and messages
- Source candidates through various job boards
- Follow up with candidates throughout hiring process
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma with Recruiting/Marketing experience
- Previous experience in applicant tracking system
- Experience with Good Ads and Google Analytics
