Extension is seeking a GL Accounting Manager for a direct-hire opportunity with one of our clients located in Milwaukee, WI.

Key Objectives:
- Oversee General Ledger staff: training, recruit, performance management, professional development
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, ensuring timely and accurate review of operational results with management.
- Oversee the preparation and submission of Consolidation reporting and monthly reporting requirements for the organization, utilizing Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and Oracle ERP Systems.
- Serve as a key contributor for year-end financial analysis, reporting, and coordination of the annual audit with external auditors.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree 10 years of experience (5 managing a team)
- 5yrs of management/supervisory experience within manufacturing/food processing industry
- MBA is preferred
- CPA/public accounting experience a plus!
Salary Information:
- Starting salary: $115K year-end bonus
