Who You Are

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Solutions Specialist to revolutionize our business operations by integrating and optimizing AI-driven tools. This role requires a deep understanding of large language models (LLMs), automation frameworks, and AI-driven workflow improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline communication across departments. The ideal candidate will assist in identifying opportunities for AI implementation, develop AI-driven solutions, and help to train staff to effectively utilize AI tools in their daily operations.

What You'll Do

• AI Strategy & Implementation:
  • Assess current business processes and assist in identifying opportunities where ChatGPT and AI-powered tools can improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with departments to design and implement AI-driven automation workflows tailored to organizational needs.
• AI Tool Development & Customization:
  • Customize and fine-tune AI toolsets for specific business applications, such as customer service, HR, data analysis, and content creation.
  • Develop and integrate APIs for seamless AI-assisted operations.
  • Keep up to date with emerging AI technologies and trends.
  • Ensure that AI solutions align with company goals and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, DPF, SOC).
• Training & Adoption:
  • Train the trainer on best practices for leveraging AI tools effectively in their roles.
  • Develop documentation and guidelines for AI usage within the company.
  • Provide ongoing support and optimization recommendations for AI-powered processes.
• Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
  • Monitor AI implementations and measure their impact on productivity and efficiency.
  • Continuously improve AI models based on user feedback and emerging industry trends.
  • Identify and troubleshoot AI-related issues, ensuring smooth operational execution.
• Security & Compliance:
  • Ensure AI solutions adhere to data privacy laws and ethical AI principles.
  • Work with IT and legal teams to implement robust security measures for AI-driven applications.

What You Bring

• Technical Expertise:
  • Strong experience working with ChatGPT, OpenAI API, or other LLM-based solutions.
  • Proficiency in Python and data integration tools
  • Experience with automation tools (e.g. Salesforce Flow, Microsoft Power Automate, or RPA solutions).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure for deployment.
• AI & Data Knowledge:
  • Solid understanding of machine learning, NLP, and AI model fine-tuning.
  • Knowledge of AI ethics, data privacy regulations, and risk management.
  • Experience with prompt engineering and AI workflow optimization.
• Business & Communication Skills:
  • Ability to translate complex AI concepts into actionable business solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify automation opportunities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to translate tools into training communications and materials.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience implementing AI automation in corporate environments.
• Certifications in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science (e.g., Google AI, OpenAI, Microsoft AI, Einstein).
• Experience working in enterprise environments, startups, or consulting roles.
• Familiarity with AI-powered business tools like Notion AI, Jasper, Chatbots, or AI CRM systems.

Education Requirements:

Education programs and training in AI, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.

Equivalent experience in AI development and implementation will be considered.
