What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with service team to resolve client concerns
• Consult with clients regarding service, pricing, and technology concerns, and partner to provide solutions
• Manage client termination process and ensure clients have a smooth transition.
• Support terminated clients with reporting requests
• Manage referenceable client process and support sales with references
• Assist internal stakeholders with reporting requests
• Act as a point of contact for brokers during renewal
• Assist in client corporate level changes that require changes/updates to an existing contract and/or requires a new contract with EHR.
• Manage and deliver various reports to internal stakeholders
• Facilitate various proactive client engagement opportunities to ensure EHRs clients are having a successful experience.
• Partner with leadership on feedback received from clients.

What You Bring:

• Team Lead/ Manager/ or Director of Customer Service
• Relationship or Account Manager (1st - 2nd year level)
• ASO/PEO experience preferred but not required.
• Dynamic personality and high business acumen that will immediately resonate with our clients
• The ability to have clear, candid, and professional business conversations with business leaders
• Bachelor's Degree or appropriate experience
