Who You Are:
The Sales Operations Intern position is a 12-week program designed to introduce emerging professionals to the PEO industry and the world of Sales Operations as a career opportunity. Our internship program was created to support the next generation of talent in finding meaningful professional development experiences within the industry. You will grow with the help of your direct manager, be exposed to different leadership, departments, and other interns, and create lasting connections.
What You'll Do:
- Assist with Building Sales Proposals
Build out Proposal Detail in Custom Excel Based Template
Confirm all Data is correct by comparing with Salesforce.com
Enter proposal agenda and pain points into SFDC
Work with the Sales Manager to enter current prospect costs
Work with Proposal Manager to Create final .pdf of proposal
- Support Reporting Team
Pull Salesforce.com reports as needed and format in Excel
Prepare weekly Dashboards using data from SFDC
Update SFDC data as directed by manager
Update competitor health plan data in master plan tracking file
Assist with reconciling healthcare census data for large groups
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or actively pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is preferred
0-2 years of experience working in a professional setting
An interest in, or 0-2 years of experience working in, Sales Operations is preferred
Ability to learn new concepts quickly
High attention to detail
Ability to review work and correct errors
Inquisitive nature and high desire to learn
MS Office, Excel
SDFC helpful, but not required
What We Offer:
The intern program is designed to provide opportunities to:
- Hourly rate of pay $15.00
- Timely complete assigned analysis and reconciliations
- Completion of weekly 1 on 1 meetings with Supervisor
