Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Director of Growth and Partner Marketing to lead efforts in driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through innovative marketing strategies and strong partnerships. This role will be pivotal in shaping our growth trajectory, managing partner relationships, and creating campaigns that resonate with target audiences. Key Responsibilities
1. Growth Strategy Development
- Define and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Develop data-driven campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and events.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and analytics teams to optimize the customer journey and identify growth opportunities.
2. Partner Marketing Leadership
- Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners, ensuring alignment on goals and initiatives.
- Design and execute co-marketing programs with partners to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Develop joint value propositions and go-to-market strategies to maximize the impact of partnerships.
3. Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and measure integrated marketing campaigns that align with business goals.
- Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, performance tracking, and actionable insights to improve ROI.
4. Team Leadership and Collaboration
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing growth and partner marketing team.
- Direct and manage any agencies or contractors hired to support specific initiatives
- Foster collaboration across internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging and strategy execution.
- Partner with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
5. Analytics and Reporting
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, presenting key insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Leverage data and market trends to refine strategies and inform decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 8 years of experience in growth marketing, partner marketing, or related roles in the software/SaaS industry.
- Proven success in driving revenue growth through innovative marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo).
- Experience building and managing partnerships with strategic value to the business.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
