Growing, local home remodeler seeks customer-focused individual to join our team. This position will include being an initial point-of-contact for our customers, working with clients on selections and design, office functions, and some sales. The successful candidate will be willing and able to handle several roles within our small company.
Required Skills Traits:
- Strong Social Skills and Professionalism: Be articulate, creative, energetic, disciplined, and flexible while communicating with clients directly.
- Ability to think creatively and develop solutions to challenges
-Detail Oriented. Mathematical aptitude is a plus.
-Self-Motivated.
-Time management skills.
Experience in sales or retail preferred.
Construction or design background a plus, not required. Will train the right candidate.
-Full-time position.
-Monday-Friday, with very few evening and Saturday appointments.
