Exterior Custom Solutions (ECS) is a family-owned-and-operated business offering the highest quality products in the industry - primarily to residential homeowners. If your crew has a proven track record of efficiently installing replacement windows and entry door systems, ECS has consistent year-round work for you. ECS services a large portion of Wisconsin (within 150 miles of our office). We are looking to assemble an exceptional installation team providing the greatest standard of service for our customers. Responsibilities:
- Take ownership and repair your own work to ensure 100% customer satisfaction
- Leave the job site cleaner than when you arrived
- Effectively communicate with homeowners and the office
- Take before/after pictures
- Collect final payment and deliver signed completion certificates to the office in a timely manner
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum three years of window/door installations
- Detail oriented
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid Driver's License
- Ownership of truck/trailer/van
- All necessary tools (including an aluminum bending brake)
- Finish carpentry skills
- Provide pictures of work from previously completed jobs
- General Liability Insurance (minimum $2 million) and Workers' Compensation
- Lead-Safe Renovation Certificate
