Full Job Description
Exterior Custom Solutions, Wisconsin's premier replacement window and door company, has been voted Top Local Workplace by Homebase, and is looking to add Call Center Agents to our expanding Inside Sales Team.
As an Inside Sales Agent, you will work from our Neenah office, speak to prospective customers, and handle potential objections to hit sales goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicate with prospects, make outbound calls to potential customers, and follow up on warm leads
- Promote products, services, and the company
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Schedule in-home consultations
