Full Job Description
Exterior Custom Solutions, Wisconsin's premier replacement window and door company, has been voted Top Local Workplace by Homebase and is looking to add Call Center Agents to our expanding Inside Sales Team.
As an Inside Sales Agent, you will work from our Neenah office, speak to prospective customers, and handle potential objections to hit sales goals. Compensation is hourly pay, with commission and bonus.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicate with prospects via outbound calls.
- Follow up on warm leads
- Promote products, services, and the company
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Schedule in-home consultations
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERTISE:
- Above average interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
- Strong phone presence
- Strong active listening and presentation skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: Up to $70,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
