Foreman Job Description:
We are looking for a qualified foreman who can help us complete a variety of projects in an efficient, effective, and safe manner. They must be able to perform various on-site tasks, and make sure every site is perfectly safe.
A good job candidate must be able to perform strenuous physical tasks, such operating heavy machinery and equipment. They also need to work great in a team to ensure successful implementation of landscape plans.
Responsibilities of a Foreman:
- Oversee landscape and hardscape installation projects
- Review landscape plans and ensure accurate and precise implementation of the landscape/hardscape plans
- Coordinate with the team to execute tasks according to the project scope
- Lead the team in performing various tasks and ensuring proper use and maintenance of equipment
- Being compliant with all the health and safety regulations
- Maintain high quality standards throughout the project
Foreman Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in landscape/hardscape installation.
- Ability to read landscape plans and implement accurately.
- Ability to self-manage and delegate tasks effectively.
- Experience operating excavator, skid steer, and related industry equipment.
- Leadership, Organization, and time management skills a must.
- Clean driving record CDL preferred.
- Concrete experience preferred (concrete finisher, flat work, stamped concrete)
Pay Rate: $35-$50 per hour plus profit sharing. Hourly Rate based on experience.
$1000 Signing Bonus after 180 days of employment (for full-time employees)
