Job Summary
The Market Team Lead in Maintenance Work is responsible for overseeing and coordinating maintenance activities within a designated market or geographic region. This role involves leading a team of technicians, ensuring efficient and timely completions of maintenance task, and managing task, and managing resources to meet client needs. The Market Team Lead is also tasked with building and maintaining strong customer relationships, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Additionally, the role involves regular communication with senior local management, reporting on team performance, and identifying opportunities for process improvement to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring high performance an skill development.
- Allocate tasks and schedules to ensure efficient and timely completion of all maintenance activities.
- Prioritize maintenance requests and allocate resources accordingly
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any maintenance-related concerns or service issues.
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality, responsive maintenance services.
- Provide regular performance and progress reports to senior management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a leadership role with strong supervisory skills.
- Experience in scheduling and managing crews is preferred.
