Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that align with project goals and expectations.
- Nurture and grow client relationships through account management and business development best practices.
- Support and maintain a sales pipeline to hit department and company goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors to assess project costs.
- Draft and present proposals based on project estimates and client needs.
- Coordinate schedule with community stakeholders and production to ensure work and inspections are done timely.
- Ensure inspectors are set up for success by clearly communicating what they are inspecting and verifying the accuracy of information.
- Participate in project meetings, including board and pre-bid meetings, as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring timely responses to clients as they navigate various home repairs, including emergencies and homeowner requests.
- Provide regular progress updates to clients and internal teams.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to build relationships and expand networks.
What You'll Need
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- High school diploma, technical school education, or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in association management preferred.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in computer applications with a willingness to learn new software.
