Exterior Point Home Remodeling is a rapidly growing home remodeling company headquartered in Middletown, NJ. We are currently looking to add new members to our expanding team!
This role is for a door-to-door canvassing position. You must be located in New Jersey and near Monmouth County.
Our goal is to Provide New Jersey homeowner's with a transparent and memorable home remodeling experience. By handling the entire process through project design, using excellent customer service, high quality products, flexible financing, and expert installation - we aim to set the benchmark of the home improvement experience.

The Position:
- Coordinate and execute logistical operations of canvassing to set appointments for the sales team.
- Inspre your canvassing team to hit daily lead generation goals that support the needs of the team.
- Ensure the brand is well represented by extolling the values and mission of the Exterior Point brand to homeowners.
- Initial and outgoing training, and coaching, fo the canvassing team to help them meet/exceed daily goals to achieve bonus compensation.

- A "no fear" attitude toward door-to-door canvassing, networking, and lead generation.
- Must be flexible to work weekends.

Our reps earn an average of $30-$55 per hour.
