Exterior Point is currently hiring in New Jersey for the role of in-home sales representative!

You will be positioned for success with interactive paid training, great team support, and pre-set confirmed appointments.
Job Incentives :
- Uncapped commission pay structure with earnings up to $200k .
- Paid Training in our main office in Tinton Falls, NJ.
- Free use of our office recreation center.
- Bonus structure based on annual performance.
- Benefits available after probation period.

Requirements
NO cold-calling or lead generation required.
All leads are sourced and pre-confirmed by our internal call center team.
In this role, you can expect to :
- Conduct in-home consultations to understand homeowner needs and provide tailored solutions for our exterior remodeling products and services.
- Present and demonstrate our products and services with enthusiasm and confidence.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and address questions or concerns.
- Meet with 2-3 homeowners per day within your radius to conduct presentations.
Qualifications :
- Strong background in sales, preferably in the home improvement industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
- Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and be able to pass a background check.
