Exterior Pros is looking to hire energetic, enthusiastic, goal focused individuals to join our canvassing team. You’ll engage directly with homeowners, introducing them to our high-quality remodeling services and offering free, no-obligation design consultations. This position is ideal for outgoing, motivated individuals who enjoy face-to-face interaction, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are skilled at building rapport with potential customers. Your efforts directly contribute to helping homeowners achieve their dream homes while driving the success of our sales team!
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Memorize and recite sales scripts and statements prepared and provided by the employer
- Go door-to-door to introduce Exterior Pros product offers to potential and existing customers
- Get information, such as contact details from potential leads and clients for follow-up
- Confidently answer questions and rebut excuses to meet objectives
- Able to work a flexible schedule including varied shifts that may include early evenings and weekends.
- Must be able to walk long distances.

PAY:
- Base Salary plus uncapped commission and bonuses
- Average earning potential: $75,000 - $125,000 (THE SKY IS THE LIMIT)
