About the Role
AS A PROJECT MANAGER YOU WILL:
- Be the face of our company and always present a good image both personally and professionally. Customer service is an integral part of this position.
- Meet with prospective residential leads daily to help them improve their home. You must have knowledge and be experienced to completely understand the insurance process from start to finish in addition to having knowledge on the construction process while you hone your skills.
- We will provide leads, however, to be fully successful at this cold calling is a must. The ideal candidate must possess the urge to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Can walk and stand for long periods of time, outdoors, in all weather conditions.
- Knowledgeable of ladder safety and comfortable with heights.
- Travel to multiple job sites daily; weekly.
- Takes photos of pertinent areas relating to the job and notes issues, problems or defects found that would impact progress of the job and future concerns.
- Knowledge of all materials needed for the job, so that an accurate quote can be created.
- Ability to problem solve and to analyze the project scope.
- Willingness to work independently and within a team environment.
PROJECT MANAGER HIGHLIGHTS:
- Hourly Position with Commission; average 40-50 hours per week –
- First year earnings potential of $50,000 - $150,000 per year
- Immediate opening
- Must have transportation to our office.
- Company vehicle provided for daily use, during work hours.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN A PROJECT MANAGER:
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in the roofing and siding industry is a MUST. Also, ideal candidate will have installation knowledge of windows, soffit, fascia, and gutters.
- Initial skills we are looking for include: Self-motivation, good time management, ability to multi-task, self-discipline
- Must have a valid driver license, with a clean driving record
- Ability to maneuver ladders and work confidently 25 feet off the ground.
- Must be able to frequently lift or move 50-100 lbs.
- Own basic hand tools.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure required.
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
