The ideal candidate is hardworking, detail-oriented, and committed to ensuring job sites are left in excellent condition for homeowners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a thorough cleanup of job sites, including the removal of debris, nails, and materials.
- Conduct magnet sweeps to ensure all metal debris is removed from driveways, sidewalks, yards, and landscaping.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials from trucks.
- Organize and transport tools, equipment, and materials as needed.
- Support the roofing and siding crew by keeping the job site organized and hazard-free.
- Inspect work areas to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Identify and report any damage or necessary repairs to the site supervisor.
- Assist in minor landscaping touch-ups if necessary after a project is completed.
Qualifications:
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to follow directions and work efficiently in a team environment.
- Reliable transportation to job sites throughout the Akron area.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of construction site safety is a plus.
