Candidates with experience in defense litigation ideally in Toxic Tort, Mass Tort, Product Liability, Bodily Injury, Labor and Employment, general liability or any insurance defense litigation experience are encouraged to apply. This is a remote or hybrid position; candidates must reside in California.Job Requirements : This position requires a California bar license in good standing.A minimum of JD from an ABA approved law school.A minimum of 1-4 years of civil defense litigation experience, preferably in labor and employment, bodily injury, product liability, mass tort, or toxic tort.Previous experience should include managing up to 30 cases at once, taking and defending depositions, appearance in court, motion, and discovery drafting; mediation and trial experience a huge plus; experience mentoring junior Associates a huge plus.Computer skills : Has basic knowledge of computer operation, internet software, spreadsheet software, and word processing software; the use of Microsoft products is preferred.
