Responsibilities:
Advanced CRM Management: Conduct in-depth audits and analysis of the CRM tool to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Implement advanced tactics to optimize data use and reporting.
Sales Data Analysis and Reporting: Perform weekly and monthly sales reporting activities, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales processes and outcomes.
Process Improvement and Reporting: Develop and refine reports and procedures to identify and rectify data discrepancies. Play a key role in enhancing sales data integrity and reliability.
Interdepartmental Liaison: Act as a key point of contact between sales and other departments, facilitating communication, research, and support for post-contract execution activities.
Support and Initiative: Proactively support the sales team in various capacities, demonstrating initiative and ownership in all tasks.
Sales Process Training and Compliance: Leads comprehensive training sessions focused on maximizing the utilization of CRM tools within the context of sales and customer success processes.
Collect and analyze data: Prepare recommendations for sales leadership, particularly related to team and customer performance.
Enhance and/or develop standard dashboards and reports; ability to communicate and champion these throughout the Sales and Customer Success team.
Requirements gathering and documentation- Engage with business users to gather and analyze requirements. Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical requirements. Document workflows, processes, and system changes for clarity and alignment.
Sales Process Training and Compliance: Provide end user training and documentation to drive adoption. Act as subject matter expert and troubleshoot complex issues. Gather feedback to enhance and optimize system performance.
Performance Optimization: Drive alignment and CRM business process optimization across the organization. Collect and analyze data to prepare recommendations for leadership, particularly related to team and customer performance. Develop KPIs to measure success of Salesforce initiatives. Regularly review system performance and suggest improvements.
Stakeholder Communication- Act as liaison between business units, IT teams and external partners. Provide regular and structured updates on project progress and milestones. Foster collaboration across departments to ensure alignment on goals.
System Integration and Technical Coordination- Work in partnership with IT on coordinating Salesforce integrations with 3rd party systems and internal tools, ensuring seamless system performance, and managing the roadmap and prioritization of BAU and project work. Ensure scalability and alignment of customizations with best practices.
Education & Experience Requirements
5 Years of Relevant Experience: Proven track record in data management, analysis, and sales enablement in a business setting.
Advanced Excel Skills: Demonstrable expertise in Excel and data analytics.
Bachelor’s Degree: In business, finance, engineering, or a related field. Relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in sales processes, the sales lifecycle, and basic programming skills.

The hiring range for this position is $83,000 to $98,000 per year. This range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications.
