Summary
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Manager, B2B Marketing (Sales Enablement) to develop and execute marketing programs that support sales engagement and drive revenue growth. This position reports to the Director of B2B Marketing. This role will be instrumental in aligning marketing efforts with sales objectives, ensuring our teams are equipped with high-impact content, tools, and insights to accelerate the buyer journey.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B marketing, experience collaborating with sales teams, and a deep understanding of lead nurturing, content strategy, and sales enablement best practices.
Responsibilities
Sales Enablement Alignment
Develop and optimize sales enablement programs, ensuring sales teams have the necessary resources including content, messaging, competitive insights to engage and convert prospects effectively.
Partner closely with sales leadership and product teams to create compelling sales collateral, pitch decks, case studies, and one-pagers that align with buyer personas and key customer pain points.
Establish a framework for ongoing communication and feedback loops between sales and marketing to continuously refine enablement strategies.
Collaborate with outbound sales teams to develop targeted marketing strategies and campaigns that drive pipeline growth.
Campaign Execution Lead Nurturing
Partner with the Director to oversee the development and execution of full-funnel marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, webinars, paid media, content syndication, etc.) to generate and accelerate qualified pipeline opportunities.
Partner with demand generation team to manage and refine lead nurturing workflows, ensuring prospects are engaged with relevant content throughout the buyer journey.
Collaborate with ABM teams to tailor marketing efforts based on industry trends and sales priorities.
Develop and execute account expansion campaigns aimed at driving growth within existing customer accounts by identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
Performance Analytics & Optimization
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance lead scoring models, conversion tracking, and attribution reporting.
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve content effectiveness, engagement rates, and overall sales enablement impact.
Evaluate and optimize the internal sales tech stack to ensure seamless integration and adoption across teams.
Assess tools such as sales engagement platforms and analytics software to identify opportunities for improved efficiency. Partner with sales teams to recommend and implement the right technologies that enhance sales productivity, streamline workflows, and drive data-driven decision-making.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership
Serve as a key liaison between marketing, sales, and key stakeholders to drive alignment on messaging, positioning, and demand generation strategies.
Manage relationships with third-party vendors, agencies, and content partners to expand reach and enhance marketing programs.
Mentor junior team members, providing strategic direction and hands-on support for execution.
Partner with the Director to effectively manage a multi-million dollar budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Education & Experience Requirements
Education:
Germane degree and non-degree credentials or other verifications of skills and competencies will be considered.
Experience:
7 years of experience in B2B marketing, sales enablement, or demand generation, preferably in SaaS, technology, or professional services.
Proven success in developing and executing sales enablement programs that drive measurable pipeline growth.
Experience with product marketing, email marketing, webinars, or digital advertising in a B2B environment.
Experience leveraging AI tools such as Jasper, ChatGPT, and other generative AI platforms to enhance marketing efficiency and content creation.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) and CRM tools -- Salesforce required.
Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate sales team needs by analyzing data, gathering insights from ongoing conversations, and identifying opportunities to enhance sales effectiveness through enablement strategies and tools.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing strategic initiatives with tactical execution.
Exceptional copywriting skills, with the ability to craft compelling, persuasive, and audience-targeted messaging.

The hiring range for this position is $108,000 to $125,000 per year. This range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications.
