Summary We’re seeking an experienced Manager, Brand Experience with a passion and proven record for experiential marketing to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, with a specific focus on creating impactful brand experiences, bringing brands to life at events, managing paid media strategy, working with agencies, and collaborating with influencers.   This is a fast-moving team with big ambitions. We’re looking for someone who is quick, organized, big strategy-oriented, insanely creative, asks smart questions, and drives SHRM to new heights. We aren’t afraid to break the mold and want this manager to have outside industry experience to bring a fearless experimental attitude to the table.   SHRM is a matrixed organization, and the Brand team sets the tone. We’re looking for someone who can command a strategy, mobilize cross-functional teams, and mobilize internal support and belief in Brand’s vision. We’re excited for where SHRM is headed and know this opportunity is for someone who shares that passion to dream big.   Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company's overall objectives and target audience. Lead the planning and execution of experiential marketing campaigns, including events, activations, and immersive brand experiences. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create compelling brand narratives and engaging marketing materials. Identify and cultivate relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify brand messaging and reach new audiences. Manage budgets for marketing campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial guidelines. Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with other brands, organizations, and key stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and reach. Analyze market trends and consumer insights to drive strategic decision-making and optimize marketing efforts. Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to key stakeholders.   Education & Experience Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.A Masters of Business Administration (MBA) is a plus. Experience: Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in brand management, with a focus on experiential marketing, and influencer marketing. Agency experience required. Must have experience managing large budgets and managing multiple direct reports.   Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Proven track record of developing and executing successful global marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools.   Physical Requirements This position operates in a typical office environment and requires the ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation. Physical requirements may include: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, handling documents, and using office equipment. Occasional standing, walking, bending, and reaching. Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds as needed. Clear verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with colleagues and stakeholders.   Work Environment Hybrid Position (3 Days In-Office, 2 Days Remote): This position follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring in-office presence [three days per week] and remote work [two days per week]. Core work hours will be designated by the department.  The office environment includes a standard workstation setup with collaborative spaces, while remote work requires a reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable home workspace. Employees must maintain availability during standard business hours and adhere to company policies for both in-office and remote work. Travel: 0 – 10% #LI-Hybrid   The hiring range for this position is $83,000 to $95,000 per year. This range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications. SHRM offers a competitive and comprehensive total rewards package. The benefits for this position include professional growth and development, health, dental, vision, well-being, health savings, flexible spending, retirement, open leave, and annual discretionary bonus and incentives.

Salary : $83,000 - $95,000
