Responsibilities
Leads the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns aligned with key SHRM priorities, ensuring seamless integration across all touchpoints.
Develops and manages comprehensive project timelines, deliverables, and workflows, coordinating efforts across internal teams and external partners.
Oversees the creation of compelling campaign assets, including digital, print, email, social media, and other formats, ensuring alignment with a cohesive narrative and strategic objectives.
Acts as a strategic partner to marketing leadership, collaborating cross-functionally with subject matter experts, marketing teams, and key stakeholders to drive impact.
Monitors key campaign milestones, provides regular progress reports, and proactively manage risks, roadblocks, and shifting priorities.
Offers strategic input on messaging, channel mix, and campaign structure to optimize engagement and conversion.
Supports high-visibility initiatives and special projects that contribute to SHRM’s success.
Education & Experience Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Experience:
5 years of experience in marketing, project management, or communications, with a strong track record of executing successful B2B2C campaigns.

The hiring range for this position is $78,000 to $95,000 per year. This range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications.
