Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell our products and services
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to manage leads, track customer interactions, and update sales information
- Build and maintain relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sales agreements to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product features, and competitive offerings

Will be based on experience.

Experience:

- Must be mechanically inclined.
- Previous experience in inside sales is required, prefer 2 years of experience
- Strong communication skills in English (Spanish language skills are a plus)
- Ability to effectively communicate technical sales information to customers
- Experience using CRM software, such as Salesforce, to manage leads and track sales activities
- Proven ability to make warm calls and generate leads through outbound calling
- Excellent negotiation skills to close sales deals successfully
